Fire Safety Inspections

Just as you need to meet the legal requirements for fire protection, fire protection equipment must be checked regularly, and some of it, for example, pressure tested. With our service you do not have to worry about anything – we will inspect all your fire safety equipment and replace it if necessary. Simply put, we will keep everything in the best possible condition for you.

We inspect passive fire protection elements such as firestop seals, doors and fire dampers.

We also check fire extinguishers and external and internal hydrants, including pressure tests.

We also check other fire protection elements such as smoke detectors, dry risers and panic hardware – in short, everything that needs checking.

We carry out fire safety inspections so that everything complies with Decree No. 246/2001 Coll., which governs this area.

A relatively new legal requirement is that fire protection checks and inspections must be carried out either by a certified fire safety technician or by a fire protection competent person (OZO PO). It is no longer possible for the manufacturer of the equipment to carry out the inspection – before 2017, for example, fire doors could be inspected by a technician trained by the manufacturer, whereas today fire protection certification is required. All our fire safety technicians are certified.

You can have regular fire safety inspections from us included in a flat-rate package, which takes at least one worry off your mind. We keep track of everything for you.
