At the beginning of the school year, we had the honour and pleasure of taking part in a children’s day organised by Faiveley, where our company, Rescue Group, presented activities that were not only fun but also educational, focusing mainly on health and safety and fire protection. Our main goal was to open the door to the world of safety for children and adults alike. We know that holding children’s attention is not always easy, so we tried to run the whole event in an interactive spirit with children taking part in various activities as much as possible – and we think we did quite well. We combined learning with fun.

Simulating real injuries
Our exhibit at this event was full of interactive elements that caught the attention of both children and parents. In a central spot at the event we set up a small stand with all the equipment we needed, from fire extinguishers to mannequins. A special make-up paint allowed us to simulate realistic injuries. Children could become temporary “doctors” and try to treat them. On the mannequins, the children tried giving first aid in various situations.

Putting out a fire
One of the most popular activities of the whole event was undoubtedly putting out a real fire. Our young visitors had the chance to become real heroes and find out what it is like to fight a fire. With fire extinguishers in hand and big smiles, we created an exciting atmosphere. The shining eyes and enthusiasm with which the children threw themselves into this adventure confirmed to us that safety can be not only important, but also fun.

Health and safety as a priority
Did you know that in the Czech Republic one person dies as a result of a workplace injury every third day? Workplace safety and adequate prevention play an extremely important role in people’s working lives. Our range of activities is very diverse – we do not focus only on health and safety and fire protection. We also provide professional training, delivered above all in a practical way. We also carry out regular inspections so that your equipment is serviced on time and to the highest quality.
The children’s day was not only a fun but also an educational experience, which was our main goal. The whole event was accompanied by an inflatable bouncy castle with a slide, which added even more fun and joy to the day. We would like to thank Faiveley for giving us the opportunity to raise awareness of health and safety at work.

We hope we have contributed to the future safety of the youngest and shown that safety skills can also be passed on in a fun way. Thank you to everyone who took part and became part of this great event. We look forward to further opportunities to share our knowledge with you and promote a safer environment for everyone.
We are ready to provide you with the best safety services
