OHS and fire safety training in Mladá Boleslav

We run training for businesses in Mladá Boleslav directly at your workplace – so we can show the risks in your own operation. We do not just sit over paperwork: trainees put out a real fire, practise resuscitation on a mannequin and treat simulated injuries.

Training for businesses in Mladá Boleslav

Mladá Boleslav is the centre of the Czech automotive industry. A dense network of suppliers, logistics centres and industrial zones has grown up around the car plant, where health and safety and fire protection are part of daily operations and customer audits.

Mladá Boleslav is about 120 km as the crow flies from Hromnice, and we travel to clients in the Central Bohemian Region. Travel costs depend on the vehicle – a van carrying fire extinguishers has a different rate than a car with a technician. You will always see the travel cost in the quote in advance.

What to watch out for in operations typical of the Mladá Boleslav area

In shift operations we can split training by shift so that production does not stop, and we also prepare induction training for agency workers, who change frequently.

For warehouses we prepare health and safety training focused on material handling and forklift operation, and company driver training for company cars.

In manufacturing we train people right at the machines: operation, protective equipment, what to do in case of a breakdown and first aid for an injury at the line.

Who inspects your company

Whether a company has trained its employees is checked in the Central Bohemian Region by the Regional Labour Inspectorate for the Central Bohemian Region, and for fire protection by the Fire and Rescue Service of the Central Bohemian Region. You receive a training record for every session.
